3. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health certifications required for entry into their destination countries.

Afrex Adventures acts as an intermediary for various service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the services of these third parties.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
